Regular AP Cheques
These are the cheques that are used to pay invoices to vendors with whom you have an account. The program allows you to control which invoices are to be paid and how much is to be paid on them.

Quick Cheques
These are cheques that can be used to pay for things that require a cheque immediately.

Freight Cheques
Freight Cheques are used to pay for services that are related to a particular shipment. The amount of the cheque plus a disbursement fee is added to the charges for the file when the cheque is printed to ensure that the amount is billed to the client.
