AR - Collections Process

The suggested process starts with a summary of all accounts with outstanding balances. You can sort the list in a variety of ways to suit your particular needs. Simply click on a client in the list to get a detailed list of invoices that are outstanding. The client's contact information is displayed so you can contact them and make a note of the contact so you can track the steps taken in collecting the funds. If you need to follow-up on the conversation simply click the "Follow-up" button and the client is added to a list that you can view.

You have the ability of printing a statement, invoice, payment details and for getting almost any detail available on a shipment to help in collecting payments.
