Email System

The email system was added to the HS Series programs to allow a simple method of getting information from the programs to clients, warehouses, carriers or other companies. Currently you can email the following:

• General memos
• Release Notices
• Cartage Orders
• Shipment summary with billing information

You can build up a library of commonly requested forms and easily attach these to the email. The program displays a list of the email addresses that are applicable to the shipment -- carrier, client, customs, broker, warehouse.... You can also build up a data bases of contacts that are company wide or each user can build their own.
