Refunds and Adjustments

We all make mistakes -- if you need to submit a correcting entry you can easily generate the B2 form. Simply click a button to create a refund claim, enter the original file. Double-click the lines that need to be changed and make the change. You can then print the forms on blank paper to submit to Customs. A list of outstanding refund claims is available to help you ensure that they are processed.
